• If at any point a braider feels unsafe, threatened, or uncomfortable, they are fully empowered to stop the service and ask the client to leave the premises.
💳 Payment is Required
• Full payment is expected for all services provided. Refusing to pay is considered theft of service and may result in legal action.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not align with our values of respect and professionalism.

Appointment Policy Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance. A $5 processing fee will be added at the time of payment.
Add-Ons Please include all desired add-on services when booking to ensure proper scheduling and preparation. For boho styles, you may provide your own curly human hair, or curly synthetic hair will be provided for you.
Payment Methods Accepted payment options for the remaining balance: Cash, Zelle, Stripe.
Hair Preparation Hair must be at least 2-3 inches in length. If shorter, please text a recent photo to 202-848-7518 prior to booking. Fresh trims are discouraged for optimal results. Hair must be thoroughly washed, detangled, and blow-dried straight from roots to ends before your appointment. Failure to comply may result in rescheduling or an additional detangling fee.
Positive vibes only – good energy is a must!
Cancellation & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled once within the same month and must be done within 48 hours of booking. Downgrading to a lower-cost service is not permitted without paying the original service amount in full. Cancelling your appointment on the same day it is booked will result in forfeiting your deposit. No-shows must pay the full service amount upfront to rebook. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment (including emergency or same-day bookings) will incur a 75% service charge applied to your account.
Lateness Policy
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that: 11-29 minutes late: $30 late fee; 30 minutes late: $65 late fee; 35 minutes or more:
Appointment will be canceled and charged in full (100%).
Rescheduling & Service Concerns
If you experience any issue or concern with your hairstyle, you must notify the salon within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly review the concern and schedule a correction if necessary. Requests made after 24 hours from the original appointment time will not be eligible for a redo service.
Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable. No reimbursements will be issued under any circumstances. By booking an appointment with our salon, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
